

Pamela Ann Hanley, born on February 15, 1948, passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 77. She was a resident of Windermere, Florida. Pamela was a kind woman who had a positive outlook on life and loved to serve others around her.
She was born in Delphos, Ohio to Herman and Hazel Baldauf. As a child she loved visiting her grandparents’ farm with her brothers, Caroll and Lynn. She had a deep connection with her Grandma Kirchner.
Pamela graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and later earned her master’s degree magna cum laude from the University of Louisville. After college, she discovered a love for travel and enjoyed sharing stories from her time in London and Morocco, among her many other adventures.
Pamela married Michael Hanley on May 28, 1983, beginning a loving partnership that spanned more than four decades. She devoted much of her professional life to healthcare, working for Humana in a leadership role overseeing Joint Commission accreditation for 90 hospitals. Guided by a deep love of helping others, she later returned to direct patient care as an Emergency Room nurse at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital.
Pamela and Michael found a home at Holy Family Catholic Church in Orlando, Florida and have been members for over 30 years. She was a dedicated parishioner and volunteered at both the church and school. Pamela took pleasure in cultivating friendships, attending mass regularly, playing tennis, cheering on the Louisville Cardinals and exercising her mind while working on puzzles.
She was a thoughtful and caring mother to her 5 children. She taught them the importance of their faith, self-worth, and compassion for others.
Pamela is survived by her husband of 42 years, Michael Hanley; their 5 children, Brian Hanley (and wife Alison), Bob Hanley (and wife Christi), Mike Hanley (and wife Stephanie), Elizabeth Bouchard (and husband Ricky), and Mary Hanley. Pamela was blessed with 8 grandchildren, Seth De’Ath, Tyler Hanley, Olivia Hanley, Flynn Hanley, Luke Bouchard, Anna Bouchard, Jayce Christopher and Arthur Christopher. She also leaves behind her brother Lynn and was preceded in death by her brother Caroll.
A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, located at 5125 S. Apopka Vineland Road, Orlando, Florida, 32819. The service is scheduled for February 9, 2026, at 1:00pm.
Immediately following the service, a graveside committal will take place at Dr. Phillips Cemetery, located at 5848 S. Apopka Vineland Road, Orlando, Florida, 32819.
Following the committal, there will be a Celebration of Life for Pamela at Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge, located at 9000 Bay Hill Blvd, Orlando, Florida, 32819.
