Patricia Daley Eccles

Patricia Daley Eccles, 76, of Orlando, FL, wife of Thomas G. Eccles, Jr., passed away peacefully Friday, December 27, 2013. Pat was born in Hartford, CT on December 13, 1937, a daughter of the late Thomas H. Daley and Florence Sullivan Daley. She has been a resident of Orlando, FL for the past seventeen years. She graduated from Mount St. Joseph Academy in Hartford, CT and College of St.

Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. She completed her internship in clinical dietetics at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.

Pat was a Registered Dietitian and a member of the American Dietetic Association. She spent her career working as a hospital dietitian and as a consultant in private practice. She was actively involved in the community, serving with youth organizations and church ministries. She felt honored to be a core team member of the Emmaus Ministry at Holy Family Catholic Church.

In addition to her husband Tom, Pat is survived by three children, Thomas G. Eccles, III and his wife Margaret of HI, Stephen R. Eccles of CT and Kathleen E. Anez and her husband Scott of FL. She also leaves four grandchildren, Bonnie R. Eccles, Henry T. Eccles, Mary E. Eccles and Christine M. Anez. She will also be missed by her twin sister Norine Daley Kildea and her husband Robert of FL, as well as several nieces and nephews. Pat's love and dedication to her family will be treasured forever.

There will be a viewing to welcome friends and family at Woodlawn Funeral Home at 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha FL on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 5:30 to 8:00pm. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 10:00am at Holy Family Catholic Church on Apopka-Vineland Road in Orlando. Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha immediately following the Mass.
