He was born in Demerara, Guyana on April 5, 1936.
Permasar married Gowra Ganesh on February 24, 1957.
He was a member of IBEW- LIRR; and had a passion for fixing things, if dad couldn't fix it, it was broken.
Permasar is survived by his children, Nalenie, Sharmine, Kamine, Davendra and Padmine; grandchildren, Nadinea, Kavinea, Victoria, Alexis, Aaron, Sarita, Alicia, Julia, Nicholas, and Anthony; great grandchildren, Sorren (11yrs), Zavian (11yrs), Sai (4yrs), Zariq (2yrs), Violet (10 months) and Jade (3 months) and his siblings, Latchmin, Mohanlall, Dasrat, Ranie, Jama, Mahadeo, Rampersaud, and Davitri. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gowra.
Visitation will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, US, on October 8, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
