Mrs Hughes was an icon to the kids of the neighborhood. Always supporting, encouraging, feeding and in many cases disciplining those who will miss her comfort and welcoming home. Her smile is painted in our memory.

Phyllis was a monarch to her family and a true example of a the kind of person you could confide in and always had a kind word. She was always straight with her advise and that meant more than a glossed over answer. But more than anything I want to convey my utmost condolences to the Hughes Family. May you rest in the sweet arms of Jesus until we see you again one day.

PHYLLIS WAS ONE OF THE  DEAREST AND MOST CARING FRIEND AND NEIGHBOR EVER .WE HAD MANY WONDERFUL SHARED YEARS TOGETHER. SHE , RUSSELL,SPENCER AND BRADLY.
