and Savior on August 4th, 2014 from Deland, Fl . Born in Vega Alta, PR on October 5th 1923 to Ezekiel and Filomena Santana. She was 1 of 5 children and is survived by her brother Domingo. She was married to Segundo Rosa for 58 years before his passing in 2008. She is also survived by 2 of her 3 sons, Antonio and Felipe and predeceased by her son, Elias. Sofia has 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild! She will be remembered for serving The Lord in many ways, some of which are: Visiting the sick, sponsoring her faith based charities, donating her time to anyone in need. She shared her cooking skills with her sons and grandchildren and always made the time to create special memories for each and every grandchild. Words just simply cannot do her justice, she truly was an example of Christ here on earth, and will be missed by all! We will see you in the Sweet By and By!
