It is hard to put into words the grief one feels with Steven’s departing.   Watching Steven grow from a quiet (scared to say a word) but hard working bar back into the amazing leader that he was made all of us proud to be around him.  The thought of not seeing his smiling face and being lifted up by his fabulous attitude again is heartbreaking.  
The Greeks have a saying, “May his memory be eternal”.   I know every time I think of Seasons 52 Steven’s face will pop into my mind.  His memory will be eternal to me.

Oh Phamy,
I have so many memories with you and of you. The ones I treasure most are our heart-to-heart conversations. You made it so easy to open up, to vent, to laugh with. You were such a comforting presence and for that, you are deeply loved.

Steven was a truly special person—someone whose warm smile could brighten any day and whose kind heart left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. My husband Scott and I are regular guests  at the Seasons 52 on Sand Lake and we met Seven there when he became the Managing Partner several years ago.  We always looked forward to catching up with him on our visits to the restaurant. He brought compassion, positivity, and a genuine sense of caring and sincerity to every interaction.  He always went out of his way to make us feel special. 

He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the many lives he touched. I hope you find comfort in the love that surrounds you and in the beautiful memories you hold close.

It’s with a heavy heart that I share my deepest condolences for the loss of Steven Pham a truly one-of-a-kind leader, mentor, and friend.

Steven wasn’t just a great manager he was a rare soul. Someone who led with grace, empathy, and laughter. He didn’t just manage people  he inspired US!!Whether you were having the best day or the worst, Steven had a way of making you feel supported, capable, and never alone. He created a workplace that felt like home, and a team that felt like family.

His impact reached far beyond the walls of our workplace. His kindness, humor, left a lasting impression on everyone who had the honor of knowing him. That signature laugh of his  unforgettable. That heart of his irreplaceable.

To Steven’s family — please know how deeply he was loved and respected by all of us. We grieve with you and send our heartfelt condolences. Thank you for sharing him with us he changed our lives in ways words will never fully capture.

My deepest condolences to the beautiful family of my best friend, Pham, that's what he called me. I had the opportunity to meet him and enjoy his great charisma. He is a good soul, always so joking and tireless, with an excellent sense of humor, kind-hearted. His incomparable smile is one of the few people who leave an indelible mark on those of us who had the pleasure of sharing with him. He inspired you to give your best. It was a pleasure to meet you, my dear best friend. We will miss you so much until we meet again. Rest in peace.

Twenty years ago I  had the pleasure of working with Steven in Orlando at Seasons 52 . At that time Steven was simply a good runner but such a sweet, gentle and kind young man . I left the restaurant 20 years ago this past April. Season’s is just down the street from my home and over the years I continue to dine there with friends, family and clients. Steven always came to greet me with that wonderful smile of his. I was speechless when I heard that he had passed so I drove down and walked in to see if anyone could tell me what had happened and if a service had been planned. A lovely man named Anthony O’Neill greeted me and when I told him why I was there he brought me over to a table to fill me in. Anthony was clearly devastated and was quite choked up. The restaurant business is unique in that it has the dynamics of a “normal” family . Anthony clearly had so much  love for Steven and I felt lucky that he was the person to tell me what had happened. Steven touched everyone who ever had the good fortune of knowing him. My deepest condolences go to his wife and two boys, their families and the Seasons 52 family . Hug one another and be kind . I will miss your beautiful face my friend . Bless you.

I remember the shy kid that walked in to Seasons52.
Couldn't have led in silent prayer, but kept going. Continued to learn. Persistently working out. And then the turning point. The breakout moment when he announced his date with Linda. He'd known her for some time, but this was different. Overnight he'd enrolled in management training, took his workouts unbelievably seriously, and inherited that friendly grin we ALL came to know. This was the event that cemented that smile permanently on his face. One date, and he became the man, the husband, the father, the collegue, the manager, the confidant, and the friend, we all came to know and love.
Can you even imagine what a fuss he would make, if he caught us saying all these nice things about him!?

I have been working in restaurants for 30 years. Steven is one of the absolute best people I ever had the privilege of working alongside.

I had the immense honor of working for Steven in Memphis, TN. In over 20 years in the industry, he still remains the best manager I’ve ever had.  To work for him, to know him, changed the course of my life.  He was the kind of boss and person that all of us still aspire to be.  Kind, funny, caring, hard working, genuine — the list could go on.  We all worked better and harder because he was the kind of person you wanted to make proud.      Me as much as anyone, and he took the time to mentor me and it’s because of him I’ve made it to where I am in my career.  

Beyond him at work, he was a remarkable person.  He had an incandescent soul that brightened the day of everyone he interacted with.  He showed he cared about every single person he interacted with.  If it was a conversation or advice or a safe place to vent or a smile — he had it for anyone that needed it.  

My sincerest condolences to his family and friends.  Thank you for sharing him with us.  The world is a little less bright without him in it, but his impact will forever remain. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time.

Steven was always one of the nicest people I’ve ever known. We go way back to elementary school together and this is a picture I found from my birthday party back in 5th grade. 

I loved running into him at Seasons 52 over the years and catching up and seeing that big friendly smile. 

My heart breaks for his family and everyone whose life he’s impacted.

I met Steven in the early 2000s as a regular customer at Seasons 52.There was  never a week that he didn’t make his way over to say hi, ask me how my week had gone and to make sure I was doing OK. 
He was a truly warm and genuine person, for whom I must say, it was a true honor and pleasure to have known.
He has left behind avoid that will be impossible to fill, and I can only imagine the pain that is children, wife, family, and close friends must be going through.

I had the pleasure of being the executive chef partner  while Stephen was Managing Partner at Seasons 52 Sand Lake Rd. What a great leader and genuine person. I can only imagine how many peoples life’s he has touched. He will be greatly missed.

Steven hired me in Altamonte Springs where I still work.  I was immediately impressed with him.  So positive and encouraging, so supportive and understanding, yet still able to set clear expectations for the entire team.  You couldn't help but want to do a good job for Pham.   You wanted to make Pham proud.

He was one of those special people who have the ability to make everyone they come in contact with feel special.  He walked with a spring in his step and a twinkle in his eye and it was contagious.  He made us all better, not just those that worked with him, I mean all of us, everyone he encountered.

He gave freely of himself.   He embedded his spirit in us.  And in us, his spirit lives on.   Share it.   Speak of him often.  Don't just cherish your memories of him, share them.   As you walk through life, share his spirit with those that you encounter.  Make Pham proud.

To know Pham, was to love him! I had the privilege of working for him when he came to  Altamonte for his first managerial roll in 2010, and again when he came back to us as MP in 2016! He had a rare gift…setting workplace expectations in a way that felt like goals to strive for, not rules to follow. He made you want to be a better employee, take care of every guest with excellence, and always remember the value of being a team player. He led with so much care, you never wanted to let him down. Always the epitome of a professional boss, yet somehow he also made you feel like a personal friend. He was just the best. 

His workplace legacy will live on through all those he coached, and mentored. We are forever thankful to be part of the Phamily! #Freshness

Stephan Pham was Legendary in the Seasons 52 family.   He will be missed.

His smile lit up a room. Truly. He was one of the best human beings I have ever met. Praying for his soul and for peace and strength for his family.

As a young man starting yet another job trying to find my way through life thinking I had it all figured out,  I got the absolute honor to get to know and work with Steven Pham. We constantly had conversation about my life experience, challenges, questions, mistakes, and of course a lot of basketball. Steven constantly reminded me of how much my life path and decisions made him relate to himself and how he was brought up, he’d always says “I know how you are feeling because I’ve once felt the same way before” he reminded me that life was so much more then the problems we face each day, and more about the impact that I can make on the others around me that day and the opportunity’s I can create for myself. Steven is more than just another boss to me, He felt like an uncle, older brother, and father figure all in one his endless advice to always approach with a smile and a helping hand helped me make it though many many days and tough situations knowing that he constantly would have my back and best interest.  Steven’s way with peace was like no other, and his caring heart showed all his patients, he is the light in each and everyone’s day and the memory that everyone will always cherish forever. I can confidently say I will forever remember the talks, advice, and laughs we had. I aspire to be even just a little like Steven Pham and it was always his biggest compliment to me when he compared us both. My thoughts, prayers, and best wishes go out to his family and everyone who had the honor to know Pham.

I had the pleasure of knowing Steven from my husband Nader. One of the last times I saw him, Nader and I were having lunch at Seasons 52 and Steven came by to say hi. We caught up for a bit and I can still vividly remember the smile on his face as he talked in length about how fulfilling it was to be Aden and Jacob’s father. I was moved by his love for his children and that’s how I’ll always remember Steven. My condolences to his family and his boys who saw him as family.

Since 6th grade Science Class at Southwest Middle, I will always cherish the adventures we had, and the core memories we created together.

Steven was the most amazing manager to work for. I think the scripture placed in this obituary is the most perfect one to describe Steven because he truly was a light. He always taught us to show kindness to others no matter what and led by example every single day. He was the one to run to when there was a problem because he always had the answer and knew exactly what to do. He always made sure to look out for his team and remind us that he had our backs no matter what. I am so grateful to have even known Steven and been privileged to work for him as long as I did.

I feel so blessed to have know Steven, he was an integral part of so much professional and personal growth in my life. He hired me at Seasons 52 as a server in 2011 and encouraged me to pursue a career in management. He became a great mentor and wonderful friend over the years. I undoubtedly come from the Pham tree of leadership and owe so much of my success to him.
I’ll be forever grateful for his belief in me and his passion to help others.

I am sending so much love and strength to Pham’s loved ones. He was a great leader who I truly enjoyed working for and was so kind while I was at Seasons 52. He made life a little easier. May he rest peacefully.
