Theresa Jean Liperi

Theresa G. Liperi, 77 of Brandon, Fla. passed away on New Year’s Eve after a lengthy illness. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa. on July 18, 1947, the only child of Gerardo Joseph Ferraro and Angelina (Tolaro) Ferraro. She relocated to Orlando, Fla. with her husband, Joseph Liperi, where they lived for almost three decades before his untimely passing.

Theresa was active with her church, Holy Family Roman Catholic Church and with her Homeowners Association. In 2022, Theresa moved to Brandon, Fla. where she was an active participant in numerous community and church activities.

Ms. Liperi is survived by her cousins, Michael and Joanne Ferraro, Ralph and Nancy Ferraro, Anthony and Carol Ferraro, Lisa DeLaurentis, Catherine and Bruce Ellis and Joseph and Marcia Ferraro. Theresa also had many wonderful friends, including Manuel and Fatima Fernandes and Dave and Madeline Francois.

A wake for Theresa will be held at 9:30 am on January 13 2025 at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, Fla 34734. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on January 13, 2025 at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 5125 Apopka Vineland Rd., Orlando, Fla. 32819. She will be buried at Woodlawn Memorial Park, immediately following the Funeral Mass.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
