He was born on July 2, 1927 to Lloyd Demervel Wise and Nora Grace Fairbrother.
Victor was a retired service manager who loved to garden. He was a volunteer at several organizations including the Taft Historical Society, Seniors First and the Taft Water Board.
He was preceded in death by Lloyd Wise (father), Nora Wise (mother), Roland and Elmo Wise (brothers), Eleanor Palmer (sister), Beatrice Wise (wife), Mary Wise (wife), David (son), and Douglas (grandson).
He is survived by his three sons: Dale (Robin), Doug (Patricia), and Dan (Janet).
He is also survived by his grandchildren: Lisa WiseStough (Ron), Lisa Pierce, Chris Wise (Natalia), Cari Salalac (Rodelio), Angela Wise, Phillip Schoppe, Shana Romano, Sam Wise and Anne Wise. Also his great grandchildren: Joseph Wise, Victoria Wise, Marlene Wise, Cordelia Salalac, Skylar Romano, Maeson Wise and Grace Romano.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Woodlawn Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida. The family invites you to join them in Victor’s celebration of life on Saturday, February 23. A visitation is planned for 1:00 pm with a service to follow at 2:00 pm. Military honors will be rendered at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
