Alexis Louis Alex – Age 83, of Grand Blanc, died June 27, 2017. He was born May 19, 1934 in Flint. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 2415 Bagley St., Flint. Memorial visitation will be Friday from 5-7 p.m. at Hill Funeral Home 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc. Alexis was the owner of Alex Produce in Flint for over 25 years; he then worked as a produce buyer at the New England Produce Center in Boston for the Maurece Trudell Company. Alexis served in the US Navy. He is survived by his children; Louis Alex, Michael Alex, Katherine Blodgett, Robert Alex, Daniel Alex, grandchildren; Chelsea, Nikolaus, Alexis, Joshua, Christopher, Isabella, Connor, Nico, and Grant, great-grandfather to Jax, brother of; Annette Sjoland, John Alex and James Alex. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia and his son, Thomas Alex. Memorials may be made to St. John Vianney Church.
