Antwan Foy Simmons, age 17, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2016. He was born on September 30, 1998 in Flint to parents Foy Simmons and Sharie Choate. Antwan had a good sense of humor and was well known for being a jokester. Antwan is survived by his mother, Sharie Choate and father, Foy Simmons; two sisters; five brothers; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and several friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; brother, Maurice Choate; his cousin; and several close friends. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, January 8, 2016 at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc. Visitation will take place on Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 10am until 8pm at the funeral home. Please consider making a memorial contribution to the family.
