My condolences to Mr. Wright's family.  I had the opportunity to know Bruce some years back through work, and he was a good mentor and friend, and a great man.  He will be missed.

The measure of a man is best told in how he raised his children. Well done, Butch!

I always knew it would be a good day when I had a chance to play golf with Mr. Wright.  We lost a great man.  I am thankful I had the opportunity to know him.

From the time I moved on to Sodon Lake at age 12, Bruce and I became fast friends.  We all had more fun than kids should be allowed to have. The memories have come storming back today.  Now, I'm sorry that we didn't stay more connected as adults.

Bruce was a fabulous friend. Kind, thoughtful full of life and fun. Always so positive and a joy to be around. He lived life to the fullest. He will be greatly missed by our family. He was such a great friend to Larry. He was and always will be a very proud father.

It was a true privilege and blessing to have met Butch here in Telluride with his Amazing boys...having a great time on a Golf Course no less, what a smile.  My condolences to you all. xo

Butch will be missed very much. Sue and I are blessed to have his love, tenderness, character, integrity and love of others expressed daily through his son Mike to our daughter Erin. We mourn his passing but will always be grateful to him for the boys that he raised into men; Mike and Bruce and that his legacy lives on through them.

How well I remember Bruce and also his sister Dorothy [Dottie}  They were among my favorite students at Bloomfield Hills Junior High School so many years ago.  Yet, I easily recall both of them.

Bruce's smile and sense of humor were always present in my 8th grade English classes.  He was a privilege to enjoy.  \

To my brother Butch who lived life on his terms and left on his terms. I will miss his dry sense of humor. He was proudest of his two boys, Bruce and Michael who grew into successful, compassionate and loving young men. They are a testament to the caliber of person Butch was. RIP big brother.

My sympathy to Bruce's family.  It was my pleasure to know Bruce in business and in retirement.

Bruce was so special and such a great friend.  His sense of humor and smile were infectious.  We will all miss him so.

We did not have the honor of meeting Bruce, but his brother Bill, that works with us, spoke very highly of him.  Our deepest sympathy to the Wright family, and especially to Bill and Sue, we are here for you.

My deepest sympathy for the family! Bruce was a great friend and co-worker, he taught me so much in the short time that I worked with him at Shively Bros. He will be missed dearly!

Someone as special as Bruce will never be forgotten. He will remain in our hearts forever.

Butch was not only my brother, but also my friend. He had so much to teach me, and others, about compassion and gratitude and being positive in the midst of adversity. Even when he was struggling with serious health issues, I never heard him complain. One of my favorite memories of him is when he played a "serious" game of War with my 10 year old granddaughter when he was hospitalized in December. I don't think she will ever forget that game, or him, either. Love you, "little brother"!

Bruce was a wonderful person and it has been an honor to know him.  He will be  greatly missed.

Was with Butch up to the end.  He was a wonderful person, a great brother, and someone you wanted to be around.  His wit and wisdom will be missed.  He did enjoy his golfing but more importantly he loved his family, especially the Colorado clan.  God Speed Butch.
