I have Cecil's last pair of Dolphins and have and will cherish them forever. Although I am the same age as his youngest daughter he was always a great friend and after finding out that I was going to be a bubblehead like him, he gave me those fish. He and Alice always had a drink for me and a chat when I would come home on leave when I visited. Cecil was a great man and example to follow. Rest your oars sailor. DBF!

It was with deep regret that we heard of the passing of our old friend and neighbor Cecil. We had a wonderful time with Cecil, Alice and their family when the kids were all growing up. Cecil was a great guy, who we always had fun with and have great memories of ! We send our sincere sympathies to all the family,

I grew up two doors down from the Pratt family and still fondly recall those wonderful days of my youth. Cecil was of course a wonderful man, that all of us loved, as we did our own family. We vacationed together, went to church together and all grew up together. I was sincerely sad to hear of Cecil's passing, he was a beacon of joy in his life to all that knew him and leaves behind life's greatest legacy, a wonderful family. I have always remembered Cecil, Alice and all the kids with a sense of joy and shall always do so. Please know that the entire Pratt family remains in my prayers and often in my most pleasant of thoughts. Cecil will be missed, but never forgotten by those of us that knew and loved him.

How blessed we were to have known Cecil. His personality was one of a kind. Always straight forward with his comments and ready to share a laugh. He and Alice were the perfect couple. God bless them and may God bless and comfort the family.
