Clara E. White

WHITE, Clara E. – formerly of Flint, age 97, passed away at Hoyt Nursing Home in Saginaw. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan. Visitation 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday. Burial at Flint Memorial Park. Clara was born September 10, 1920 in Almont, Michigan the daughter of the late Frederick and Edith Cook. She was a retired employee of A.C. Spark Plug. Clare was a long-time member of the Central Church of the Nazarene in Flint. She was an avid Euchre player. Surviving are: Daughter, Nancy (Lynn) Eagles; grandchildren, Gary (Lisa) Johnson, Todd (Andrea) Johnson, and Janelle (Don) Delay, Marc (Diane) Eagles, Patti Eagles, and Matt (Tiffany) Eagles; great-grandchildren, Taylor Johnson, Elan Johnson, Graham Jones, Elizabeth (Jason) Horrock,,Nicholas Junneman, Hannah and Lucas Eagles, Joshua (Jennifer), Kayla and Camilla Eagles. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her son, Fred White, and her daughter, Lucille Dennison. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.
