Deanna Joy Straka

Deanna was born on August 12, 1937, in Flint, Michigan to Leslie (Jim) Mann and Alice (Mattheson) Mann. Her family was her number one priority. Deanna enjoyed spending time at her lake homes, decorating them, and planting her summer flowers. She loved spending time on the boat, and playing golf. At one time, Deanna was quite the star tennis player. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Deanna is survived by her beloved husband, Jim; loving children, Kelly (Gordie) Nelson; Karen (Ken) Doyle; Steven (Val) Straka; Scott (Sue) Straka; Todd (Julissa) Straka and Jamie (Dan) Edwards; dear grandchildren, Michael Nelson, David Doyle, Taz Straka, Paige Straka, Madison Straka and Spencer Straka.

Deanna is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Jimmy Mann. The family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Kindred Hospice 4458 Oak Bridge Dr., Ste. D, Flint, MI 48532.
