Deborah K. Grindstaff

GRINDSTAFF, Deborah Kay – age 63 of Grand Blanc, MI passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Per her wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 12PM-4PM. A Memorial Service will take place at 4PM at Hill Funeral Home – 11723 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc, MI. Burial will take place at Crestwood Cemetery in Grand Blanc, MI. Deborah was born on June 30, 1953 in Flint, MI to Merle and Catherine (Taylor) Voltenburg. She graduated with her Bachelor degree from Baker College. Deborah worked for many years as an accountant for DOC Enterprises. She was an easy going person and always pleasant. Deborah was also very determined and independent person. She enjoyed craft shows and antique malls. Most of all she loved the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. Surviving are her children, Andy Grindstaff, Katie (Chris) Jeruzal, Lori (Terry Lyons) Grindstaff and their father Charlie Grindstaff; grandchildren, Emma, Eleanor, and Jackson; brother, Randy (Marguerite) Voltenburg, and many other special friends and family members. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandaughter. Those desiring may make contributions to a charity of one’s choice in Deborah’s memory.
