POLLARD, Doris M., 85, of Montrose, peacefully passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013. Funeral Services will be 1:00PM Monday July 22, 2013 at Montrose Wesleyan Church, 341 W State St., Montrose. Rev. Michael Stark officiating. Visitation at the church will be 12:00PM until time of service. Burial will follow at Montrose Cemetery. Visitation will also be Sunday 4:00-8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc. Memorial donations may be made to Montrose Wesleyan Church.

Doris was born on February 9, 1928 in Jamestown, NY. She was an active member of the Montrose Wesleyan Church. She was a loving Mother of 10 children. Doris was survived by children, Paul Pollard, Shirley Border, Joyce (Jim) Ernst, Mary (Kirk) Lindsey, Jane (Ken) Massey, Kathy Jackson, Donald (Theresa) Pollard, Jerry Pollard, David (Donna) Pollard, and daughter-in-law, Susan Pollard; siblings, her twin brother, Larry Cross, Dick Cross, Gary Cross, Elmer Cross, Lon Cross, Elaine Dixon, and Betty Nichols, 24 grandchildren; and over 50 great -grandchildren. Doris was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Pollard; son, Stan Pollard; siblings, Florence Nieman and James Cross; and 2 Grandchildren. Online condolences may be shared at www.brownfh.com
