Drusa Fay Hunt

Drusa Hunt, age 78, passed away on August 5, 2021 in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Per the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Drusa was born on May 20, 1943 in Hoxie, Arkansas to Weldon Householder and Bessie Householder. She was passionate about living a Christian life and loved her Savior, Jesus Christ. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Drusa was preceded in death by her parents: Weldon and Bessie Householder, her brothers: Melvin Householder and Russell Householder, her sisters: Virginia Baker, Velda McEntire, and Leta May Householder, her first husband: Amos “Larry” Lewis, her second husband: Robert Hunt, and her daughter: Lisa Lewis.

Drusa is survived by her brother: Elbern Householder, children: Larry (Vicky) Lewis and David (Rachael) Lewis, grandchildren: Jim (Jenny) Lewis, Tara (Nathan) Tortorice, Derek Lewis, Kaycee Lewis, Jacob Lewis, Emily Lewis, and many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 3:00pm at River of Life Church, 4216 Belsay Road, Burton, Michigan.
