LaFAYETTE, EVA ARLENE age 85 died Monday, April 6, 2015 at the McLaren Flint Hospital. Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, MI. Rev. Steven Vulders officiating. Interment at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Thursday from 10:00 A. M. to 1:00 P.M. Eva was born January 29, 1930 in Marion, MI to parents Amos and Mildred (Ballard) Burge. She was a member of the Otter Lake V.F. W. Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are children Sharon (Bob) Cripps, Henry LaFayette Jr., Michael LaFayette, Kim Brown; 9 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; sisters Evelyn Burns, Latona (Fred) Dawson, Regina LaFayette; brother James (Barb) LaFayette; several nieces and nephews who she loved as her own and was a mother to all. Preceded in death by husband Henry LaFayette Sr.
