Evelyn Elaine Payne of Flint, age 13 days old, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Detroit Children's Hospital. A gathering of family and friends will take place Saturday, March 9, 2013 from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park.
