Monica could not have had a better father. He raised her with so much love and gave her what he could from his heart. Frank was a good person and father. Dolly Hutchison.

I wish I could have seen more of him, He was a cousin I hardly knew. His Dad was my mother's brother. I am doing a genealogy on our family. I visited Uncle Frank's , Aunt Mary's and your Grandfather Robert's grave in Monroe and Flint. They would have been very proud of you. Now you will enjoy your life in heaven with them. Till we all meet again.

A one word description of Frank Barber would have to be "honest". Frank was probably the most honest person that I've ever known. He was a straight shooter to say the least. Many hours of cigarettes and coffee were spent at his kitchen table. I've got many good memories that I can take with me. Thanks for everything Frank
