McLANE, Glen Clayton – of Flint, age 85, passed away Friday, August 2, 2013 at McLaren-Flint. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at the Central Church of the Nazarene, 1261 W. Bristol Road, Flint, MI with Rev. David Hintz officiating. Russ Perry will give the eulogy. Entombment follows at Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc, MI. and at church from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday. Glen was born August 28, 1927 in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Glen was a faithful member of Central Church of the Nazarene. He retired from the sales of auto supplies in 1994. He will be missed dearly, but we rejoice as he is now in heaven with his Savior. Surviving to cherish his memory are: loving wife, Paulina (Gill) McLane; children, Mary Ellen (Ron) Loafman, Glenna (Russ) Perry, Jeanette (Jim) Pettitt, Ellen (Shelly) Weinstock, Annette (Ken) Schwind, Jeff Gill, David (Debra) Gill; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
