Many of Greg's Grand Blanc High School friends just found out about his passing today (2/17/13). Please know that all of us are shocked and saddened by your loss. It was wonderful to re-connect with Greg on FB after so many years. I enjoyed talking with him via our FB pages and looked forward to his posts. I loved his poetry and his musings about life; really enjoyed his pictures taken during his walks with Cody on Tybee Beach. I will always remember his smile and quick wit. Please know that my husband and I are lifting your family up in prayer, hoping you find strength in the days ahead.

I am Greg's cousin on his Father's side. We lost touch for a long time but had reconnected through Facebook and I found we had many things in common. Recently he had sent me a message of comfort at the loss of my cat and it meant a lot to me. He had a love of animals like I do. I will miss his daily inspirational messages on Facebook; he left us too soon. My heart goes out to Joyce, Lauren, Jules Jr. and Crystal. God Bless.

I will always remember Greg as a conscientious salesman, who lived his Faith, was always a happy host with a hearty laugh, and a loving Father and care-giver with Joyce when my son Chris and their son Jules were toddlers. Greg and his family will be remembered in my prayers.
