Hansel "Don" Fulbright

Hansel LaDon “Don” Fulbright, age 70 of Burton, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Don was born on January 25, 1947 in Newport, AR the son of William and Catherine (Smith) Fulbright. He was a 1965 graduate of Bendle High School. On May 17, 1969 he married Dorris Maxine Turnbow. Don was employed as skilled trades tool and die maker at Cadillac Plant GM in Grand Blanc, retiring in 1995. Don enjoyed playing golf, shooting pool, and watching sports. He was famous for his ribs during family gatherings. Don will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Dorris; sons: Greg (Lisa), Jason (Jamie); grandchildren: Kyle, Taner, Graysen, Brooke, and Waylon; brothers: Rick (Julie) Fulbright, Larry (Linda) Fulbright; sisters: Raenae Glasstetter, Teresa (Jim) Maguire; sister-in-law, Jeri Fulbright; brother-in-law, Al (Kim) Turnbow, sister-in-law, Sandy (Glen) Turnbow; several nieces, nephews, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Ronnie, and daughter Laura Maxine. A celebration of Don’s life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 1-5pm at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, MI.
