HAGON, Howard Edwin, age 93, passed away peacefully at home on October 5, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. Howard was born on November 9, 1924 in Saginaw, Michigan, the third son of Warner and Bessie (Kline) Hagon. Howard was a loving man with a very gentle soul. He was known for his kindness, humility and generosity to everyone. Howard was a founder and owner of Contour Fabricators, with facilities in Michigan and Florida. He was a founding member of the American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association, serving 25 years on the Board and remaining as a Board Advisor. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Faye Hagon, and daughters Pam Erbrick, Rhonda (Brian) Teed, Bethany Sly (Scott Koch) and Tracie Dantzler. He will also be missed by his surviving siblings, Beatrice Brewer and Keith Hagon, and son-in-law, Don Goodman. He was beloved by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Howard was predeceased by his first wife, Phyllis, daughters Pamela Goodman and Theresa Hagon, granddaughters, Jennifer and Michelle, brothers Roger, Charles , Herb and Lyle, and sisters Louise Goward and Katherine Miller. It was Howard’s wish to be cremated. A celebration of life and memorial service will be held October 22, 2018 at Hope United Methodist Church, 4467 Beecher Road, Flint. Visitation 11:00-11:30 am, followed by the memorial service. The family would like to thank Kindred Hospice for their caring assistance and compassion.
