Jack W. Fee, 79, of Burton, Michigan, passed away on July 29, 2026. Born May 7, 1947, Jack will be remembered with deep respect for a life marked by steadfast faith, devoted family love, and years of determined work in service to his community.
Jack loved God above all else, and throughout his life the Lord was his rock. Jack and his wife both received salvation at Calvary Baptist Church, a foundation that shaped the way he lived and the way he loved. He later poured that same steady commitment into New Haven Baptist Church, where he was an active member, led a small group, and played on the church softball team.
On September 3, 1968 on their third date, Jack married the love of his life, Mildred. Together they shared 58 years of a long and blessed life, built on loyalty, perseverance, and a quiet strength that carried them through every season.
A hardworking businessman, Jack owned and operated his own towing business in Genesee County for fifty years, and he also owned and operated many gas stations. His work reflected a life of responsibility and grit, and those who knew him understood that he took pride in showing up, doing the job well, and providing for the people he loved.
Jack’s greatest joy was his family. He loved his kids and grandkids, and he treasured time spent making memories; especially four wheeling up north and in Tennessee. In quieter moments, he found simple enjoyment in listening to music, with a particular fondness for Bluegrass.
Jack is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mildred Fee; children Donald (Charlotte) Fee, Jackie (Tony) Reid, Jennifer (Robert) Varner, Julie (Tommy) Fee-Carpenter; grandchildren Destiny, Alexis, Dakota, Faith, Austin, Sage, Cameron, Paige, Garrett, and Lola; great grandchildren Nora, Cole, Reid, Rowan, Eleanor, Brooks, Juniper, and two little ones on the way; siblings Cam Fee and Melda Neubauer; and a special nephew Randy Fowler.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents Cam and Lola Fee; and many brothers and sisters.
