I'm so very sorry to hear about your loss, and am thinking of your family.  You loom large in my childhood memories, and I wish peace for you now.

My condolences to the Desgrange family for the loss of Jim. I remember the first time I ever met Jim I said to myself "now there is a fine gentleman" and a gentleman he was.  I don't believe I ever met a finer man. Jim and I worked at Buick and he will be greatly missed.

I remember Jim leading music in church, his emotional rendition of "Jesus Loves Me," and his good sense of humor.  He encouraged me in ministry as often as he could.  I will forever remember his kindness.
