I remember when my father in law gave away his beautiful daughter Joretta Marie to me at our wedding on 7/29/78.
It was the best day of my life. I have many memories of him throughout the years. He was a good husband and father and will be greatly missed.

I met John and Joy at one of their family gatherings, Evan thoe neither one knew me from adam, they both were very kind and friendly.
All their children are as giving as they are. They come from good parenting.
John was a good man, making sure I was taken care of when he saw me come in with a walker, Evan thoe he was in a hospital bed.
Rest easy John, you deserve it. I hope your feeling pain free and as spry as a twenty yr old😌
