GENOVESE, Marjorie E. – age 85 of Lapeer, MI, passed away at Stonegate Assisted Living in Lapeer. Visitation will be from 5PM-8PM on Monday, February 2, 2015 at Brown Funeral Home – 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, MI 48439. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 11AM on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Interment will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. Marjorie was born October 19, 1929 in Flint, MI to the late Ivan and Doris (Carsten) McGeathy. Surviving are her children, Thomas (Theresa) Carriero, Anthony (Cindy) Carriero, Diane Carriero, Tony (Sue) Genovese, Tim (Debbie) Genovese, John (Melody) Genovese; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and sister, Darlene (Bob) Reinhardt. She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers, and 3 sisters. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Old Newsboys.
