she always gave me a hug. She always worked hard at keeping the club going...from cleaning tables to chairing meetings she went that extra mile every day. And...she always had a kind listening ear to my troubles..I will miss her a whole lot. Prayers out to Willard too...my deepest sympathies,

I'm a patient of Dr. Bob. That is what I had in common with Marlene. On that note, I'm astonished and stunned to hear of her passing and very sad. She was VERY knowledgeable and everything that came out of her mouth at the Alano helped me. I loved listening to her talk. She was a very dedicated lady and very inspiring to me. I know that she will be greatly missed by many, and I am definitely one of the many. May she find peace in heaven with her God of her understanding.

Marlene was a beautiful soul. She always inspired me with sharp mind and gentle heart. We shared our journey of sobriety together for the last 18yrs. There is a hole in my heart and a spot in this world 🌎 that will be empty. 💓
