Matt was the twin brother of Mark Czopek; son of Kathi and Joe Czopek; nephew to Mara Wasar, Ed and Eileen Czopek; cousin to Laura Czopek and Michael Czopek.
Matt was an open book who lived in the moment. He loved his dog Lilly and all his family. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
