KENNEDY, Minnie E. (Waters) – age 85 of Saginaw, MI passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Covenant Medical Center. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and private services have been held. Minnie was born in Bay City, MI on November 16, 1930 to the late Henry and Mary (Rabideau) Burch. She is survived by her husband, Paul Kennedy; children, Mary O’Dell, Bill (Roni) Waters, Sue Ann Dominguez, Ivan (Sally) Waters, James (Sue Ann) Waters, and Wally (Patti) Waters; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and many other family members.
