

CURRAN, Paige – Of Flint, age 82 passed peacefully into the Lord's hands surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday, December 6, 2014. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 609 East Fifth Avenue, Flint, MI 48503 with Monsignor Richard J. Groshek officiating. Visitation will be Monday, December 8 and Tuesday, December 9, 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. A Rosary Service will be prayed 7:00 p.m. Tuesday. Contributions may be made to the Family. Paige was born in Gladwin, MI, October 26, 1932. She graduated as Valedictorian of Flint Central High School. Craftswoman of many trades, she started her career as a devoted Avon Lady, then resided as the sole business owner of Damascus Boutique for the past 25 years at the Flint Farmers’ Market. As a dedicated member of the Red Hat Society, her fabulous handcrafted hats are worn and adorn by many over the years. She thoroughly enjoyed volunteering her time reading to children at local public libraries and schools. Her memory will be cherished by her loving survivors; children; Tamara (David) Hiney, Michele (Mike) Kutchey, Cass (Sheila) Curran, Bethany (Daniel) Meek, Timothy Curran, Shawn (Gregory) Waisanen, Erin (James) May, Chrysa (Patrick) Cronley, Paishann (Joe) Curtis, Eric Curran, Cavan Curran, 33 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, siblings; Jerry Page, Linda Webb, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
