MONTINI, Pietro “Pete”, age 57, of Clarkston, formerly of Grand Blanc, died Saturday, September 17, 2011 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, September 22, 2011 at the Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 3 pm to 8 pm. A scripture service will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. Pete was born on August 5, 1954 in Patrica, Italy, son of the late Lorenzo and Rina (Santonato) Montini. He was a self-employed business owner who had a love for life, his heritage and especially enjoyed the lake and boating. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Jeanne Montini, a brother Erico Montini, and a sister Teresa (Steve) DiGaetano. Also survived by nieces and nephews Anthony DiGaetano, Tiana DiGaetano, Marisa Montini, Salina Montini, and Joey Montini, along with numerous cousins and friends.
