Sheila was born March 29, 1956 in Flint, Michigan to the late E. Allen and Juanita Franklin.
Sheila ( Sissy), had a special love for everyone, especially her nieces, nephews and Sponge Bob. Her smile and pure joy were contagious to everyone who had the privilege to know her.
Surviving are her siblings Keith (Susan) Franklin, Novella Franklin, and Rhonda (Todd) McKee; nieces and nephews include Keith Jr., Nicholas, Zachary, and Mariah.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 12:00pm at Brown Funeral Home -1480 E. Hill Rd, Grand Blanc, Michigan Pastor Nicholas Franklin officiating.
