Teresa Marguerite Thomas

Teresa Thomas - of Grand Blanc, passed away at home on Wednesday, February 4, 2015. A memorial mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11804 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc, MI on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 10 a.m. Teresa was born in Flint, MI on February 27, 1928 to John and Susan (Marzonie) Brudnak, the 7th of 8 children. She was a 1945 graduate of Northern High School. Teresa married Frank Thomas on September 2, 1950. They resided in Grand Blanc for most of their married life. Teresa stood by and supported Frank throughout his long academic and athletic career at the Grand Blanc school system. Teresa was an avid reader and loved to travel. She was a long time member of the Holy Family parish where she was active in the St. Joseph Guild. Teresa is survived by: daughter, Susan; son, Brian; sister, Julia Hogan; brother, Basil Brudnak; grandchildren, Megan Muehl, Eric (Daniela) Muehl and Kyle (Laura) Muehl; son-in-law, Brad Muehl; along with cherished nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank, son Patrick, and daughter Christina.
