Tom attended Flint Southwestern School, and worked for General Motors for over 30 years. He was an avid sports man. He loved fishing and hunting with his brother Bill, but mostly enjoyed racing his Triumph motorcycle # 44 with his friend, Phil.
Tom is survived by his wife of 57 years, Debra. Three daughters; Julie, Crystal, and Brandy (Mike), son; Jason (Kristina), granddaughter; Hailey, sister; Sue Brady, nieces; Kim, Kelly, Stephanie and Amy, and nephew; Tony.
Tom is preceded in death by his parents; Enoch and Ellen Sturgeon, brother; Bill and his wife Doris Sturgeon, sister; Doris Canfield, neice; Katrina, and nephew; Mike.
