KOHAN, Wanda Lee – Age 91, of Goodrich, died Friday, May 29, 2026. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 12 noon with visitation from 11 am to 12 noon at the Goodrich United Methodist Church, 8071 South State Road. Wanda was born November 10, 1934 in Marmaduke, Arkansas to Loran C. and Phyllis Segroves. Wanda obtained her secretarial degree from Baker Business University and worked in the medical and banking industries in Flint, Michigan. She married Jack (Harry) Kohan December 12, 1959. She was an active member of the Goodrich United Methodist Church for many years. Wanda loved gardening, sewing, cooking fabulous desserts, hosting family events, spending time with her grandsons, and participating in many activities at the church. She will be missed by her daughters Karen (Wayne) Warner and Kimberly (Mike) Beard, grandsons Ryan Warner and Derek (Haylee) Warner and her 3 great-grandchildren. Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Harry; her parents; and her sister Betty Jean (Segroves) Humphrey.
We are blessed that she lived vibrantly, faithfully and with unwavering strength and love for her 91 years. A beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she modeled a deep and consistent love of Jesus and family, freely giving guidance and support to those in need. Mom navigated the final years of life with grace and joy. We take solace that she is now in Heaven with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
