

Alexander "Zander" Legend Webber, age 3, of Grand Junction, Colorado, passed away on March 29, 2024. Born prematurely at 35 weeks on February 21, 2021, in Grand Junction, Colorado, Alexander entered this world unexpectedly on the bathroom floor, delivered by his father. Despite his premature birth and initial medical challenges, Alexander quickly showed his strength and resilience, leaving the NICU after just 18 days with only a feeding tube.
Alexander, affectionately known as "Zander," grew into a loving, happy, smart, and strong young boy. He faced additional medical issues with courage and determination, never allowing them to dampen his spirit. Alexander enjoyed showcasing his strength by flexing his muscles, a testament to his unwavering bravery.
He is survived by his mother, Jessica Webber; father, Garrett Landon Webber; sister, Bailynn Lenneah Webber; cousin Shane Lance Webber III, who was like a brother to him; grandmother, Susan Roberts; grandfather, Shane Webber; uncles Albert Levi Webber and Blake Ficklin; and aunt Tessa Ficklin-Arnhold. Alexander was preceded in death by his uncle, Shane Lance Webber II.
Services to honor and celebrate Alexander's life will be held at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary & Crematory on April 21, 2024, at 5 pm. The family kindly requests that attendees wear purple and bring a teddy bear in memory of Alexander's joyful spirit and strength.
