In their later years, Beth and Guy operated a popular fruit and vegetable stand in Fruita. She also loved cooking and especially enjoyed bringing her family together around the table for large Italian meals.
Beth was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Guy, and her son, Jim.
She is survived by her son, Bob and his wife, Rita, of Colorado Springs, along with their three sons, Brian, Brandon and Ben. She is also survived by Jim's four children, Mark, Marisa, Jamie, and Caitlin; 19 great- grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
