Andrew is survived by his wife, Hallie Roussin; children, Lizzy Roussin, Joseph Roussin, and Autumn Pope; Mother Julie Roussin (Dwayne); grandparents Bonnie and Terry Larson; and brother James Roussin (Jennifer) and nephews (Jaxson, Grayson, and Jake).
Andrew was born November 2, 1982, to James and Julie Roussin in Grand Junction, CO. Andrew spent his early years in Grand Junction. He loved flying in his grandpa airplane, going to Lake Powell and Arizona. Spending time with his Grandparents at the Vega Cabin. He was an amazing swimmer, bike racer and skier.
Later in life he was an outdoors man, loved to camp, swim, garden, and grow flowers. His neighbors all gathered in the spring to help him plant his flowers, while he sat and supervised. He loved to cook and barbecue for his special neighbor Cindy and family. Yard sales were a must, he loved bringing home treasures and a special find, having a story for them all.
He married the love of his life Hallie on April 29th, 2021. Andrew would do anything for his family and wife, who he also called his best friend.
Andrew was strong and courageous when he was told about his illness. He lived each day to the fullest by taking care of his wife and family.
He loved Hallie and his children Lizzy, Joe, and Autumn with all his heart. There was not a day that went by, that he was not expressing that love.
Thank you for the love you gave. We will always love you and hold you close to our hearts forever.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, October 26, 2021, 2:00pm, at Martin Mortuary.
