

Arllys Indergard passed from this life on March 4, 2026. She was born to Otto and Selma Treude on December 15th, 1933, in New Salem North Dakota. Upon early graduation from high school, she went on to earn a teaching certificate from Dickinson State University in 1951. There she participated in various clubs including the music and drama programs playing the lead in a theatre production. Her teaching profession took her to Powell, Wyoming where she met and married Lawrence Indergard. They spent many years in the farm and ranch business as well as various other local ventures including the former Bel Aire Motel on North Avenue, music vending business, the former Bierstube tavern on 12th St, a farm in Fruita and a cattle ranch near Paonia. An accomplished businesswoman, Arllys enjoyed a long, successful career as a realtor. Her thoughtful and genuine nature attracted lifelong friendships and family relationships from around the world. An adventurer at heart, some of her happiest years were spent traveling abroad with her close travel buddies. She loved reading books, going to the symphony, gathering with friends, playing the piano and attending church. Her home was where her family gathered for many memorable holidays and birthday celebrations. She will be remembered for her soft-spoken, gracious manner, love of family and superb sense of style. Arllys was a member of the First Presbyterian Church for 12 years. She is survived by her sister, Yolanda Treude, and three children, Lee Ann Delis, Lantz Indergard and Rolf Indergard. Five grandchildren include Brett and Beau Delis, Matz, Sierra and Soren Indergard and four great grandchildren Arllys, Beauden, Boone Delis and Willa Delis. Services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church 3940 27 ½ Road, on March 23 at 11:00a.m. with a reception luncheon to follow in the Fellowship Hall. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church or a charity of your choice.
