University in Fort Collins, CO, earning her Bachelor of Science cum laude in May 2021. She went on to teach kindergarten at Rocky Mountain Elementary School and later served as a Resource Navigator with Mesa County Public Health, fulfilling her passion for helping those in need. She recently moved to Denver, CO, to
pursue a master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Colorado Chinese Medical University to become an acupuncturist. Ashleigh was the light of our lives. Her strong faith inspired us all to be better. She was the most loving, kind, and generous soul who loved with her whole being, and she was exceptionally funny and smart. Ashleigh is survived by her two beloved dogs, Koda and Mac; mother, Lisa Paris; father, Julian Zamarripa; grandmothers, Sydney Paris and Joanne Ortiz; grandfather, Rich (Pauline) Paris; uncles and aunts, Ryan (Lori) Paris, Miguel (Meridith) Zamarripa, Alicia (Miguel) Ramirez, and Patrick (Karie) O'Connor; as well as numerous other family members and friends who miss her dearly. Services will be held on September 25, 2026, at Immaculate Heart
of Mary, beginning with the Rosary at 10:30 a.m., the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Reception a 12 noon. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Outreach or Happy Little Rescue.
