Barbara Jane Willard, 82, passed away December 1, 2017 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction. She was a nurse. Barbara is survived by two sons, Randy Councell of Aurora, Colorado, and Thomas Kerry Councell of North Platte, Nebraska; two daughters, Kristine Kay Bell, and Bonnie Dee Beene, both of Great Bend, Kansas; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Private family services will take place.
