She was a homemaker.
Betty is survived by her sons, Keith (Laurel) Spence of Ouray, Colorado, and Kelvin (Maida) Spence of Tampa, Florida; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Owen Wayne Spence; her parents; and one daughter, Kathryn D. Lotoa.
