Visitation will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Callahan-Edfast Mortuary Chapel, with a funeral service at 6 p.m.
Ms. Tafoya was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Henry; three sons, Hank A. Tafoya, Steven Clay Romero and Timothy Frank Romero-Tafoya, all of Grand Junction; one daughter, Melissa Marie Lockhart of Grand Junction; three brothers, Robin Mestas and Brian Mestas, both of Bloomfield, New Mexico, and Lonnie Mestas of Grand Junction; two sisters, Patsy Mott and Vickie Jaramillo, both of Bloomfield; and 15 grandchildren.
