Carolyn Horton passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 80.
She was born on December 2nd, 1945, in Troy, OH. She was preceded in death by her Mother Vera Rigby, daughter Melissa Foos, and her brother's Kermit and Keith Decker. Survived by her sister Connie White of Tip City OH and her spouse Dana Horton.
