Aunt Katy took care of my mother when she was young.  I know Katy care and love was passed to me through my mom.  I hope her memory is a blessing to you.  I'm grateful for her place in my heart.

Dear  Colleen and Kim,
It was such an honor to know your mom while she and my dad were on 3rd floor at The Commons.  Kay joined us for evening meals often and was so thoughtful to dad, including him in conversations even though he often couldn't participate.  Your mom  was such a lovely woman, forthright, incredibly honest, and so warm in her friendships.  I thank God for her!

I remember you both with tenderness at this grieving time.  And I remember Kay with love and thankfulness for her life.

Aunt Katie made baby quilts for my kids when they were born.  I never forgot this kindness. I can’t say I knew her well, but she and Les produced three kind human beings. That’s an accomplishment.
