After Bob joined the army, they wrote letters back and forth until he returned from Korea in 1951. Diana and Bob were married August 2, 1952, in Pennsylvania and immediately moved to Fort Rucker, Alabama. They returned to Pennsylvania after Bob completed his service and in 1960, moved their family to Albuquerque, New Mexico. From there, they moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, and then Denver, Colorado. After Bob retired, they moved to Grand Junction, Colorado, in 1996.
She loved working at a temp agency which gave her endless opportunities to do a variety of different jobs. Later in life, she spent much of her time volunteering at St. Mary’s Hospital, working in the gift shop and playing the piano. She also volunteered at libraries helping people learn English as a second language. Diana was a talented musician, composer, poet, artist and Spellbinder Story Teller.
