Donnis Dee Ducray

Donnis Dee DuCray died on August 25, 2018 at her home in Grand Junction, CO. Donnis was born to Lester and Lilly (Campbell) Hartle on October 15, 1943 in Durango, CO. She spent most of her childhood in Pleasant View, CO and graduated from Cortez high school before moving permanently to Grand Junction. It was here where she married the love of her life, Gerald (Jerry) DuCray, 56 years ago. Donnis enjoyed spending time with family and friends, camping, boating, and knitting. She will be dearly missed.

Donnis is survived by her loving husband, Jerry. Other survivors include her son’s; Ty and Jay DuCray of Grand Junction, CO; daughters, Marlana Kerstetter of Fruita, CO and Jarrette DuCray of Denver, CO; brother, Lloyd Hartle of Pleasant View, CO; sister, Joan Harclerode of Cortez, CO; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She is preceded in death by great grandchild, Rye Lilly Sanders.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 1st, at 11am, First Church of the Nazarene, 2802 Patterson Rd, Grand Junction, CO 81506. Memorial contributions can be made to HopeWest Hospice, 3090B N. 12th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81506.
