

Dortha (Dot) Page passed away on August 18, 2026 in Grand Junction, Colorado after a brief illness. She was born Dortha Mae Anderegg on January 14, 1938 at the old St. Mary's hospital in Grand Junction. Dot attended Central High School class of 1955. She worked at The Daily Sentinel newspaper in Grand Junction for 37 years. She married James (Melvin) Page on October 17, 1961 in Grand Junction. They were married for 48 years until his passing on November 27, 2009. She was also7 preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Nellie Anderegg, brothers Bob (Marge) Anderegg and Don (Betty) Anderegg, a sister Rachel (Hap) Nelson, a half-sister Betty (Bob) Brock, her son Steve Garver, her daughter Peggy Garver, and a stepson James (Monty) Page. Loving survivors are her son Ralph Garver in Grand Junction, a stepdaughter Lana (Jim) Remmert in Grand Junction, a daughter Susan Smith Dale in Englewood, Florida, grandchildren Michelle (Jeremy) Hicks in Grand Junction, Melanie (Don) Trujillo in Grand Junction, William (Christina) Remmert in Hannibal, Missouri, Lindsay (Ryan) Crabtree in Fruita, and Tiffany Tuggle in Englewood, Florida, 8 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Dot enjoyed local sports, fishing, gambling, and spending time with her family. Per her wishes, no funeral service will be held.
